BEAR ANY BURDEN CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

4. JUDGING: Judges will select winners from all eligible Entries received. Contest submissions will be judged by qualified experts, whose decisions are final. Each submission shall be judged based on upon the following criteria: appropriateness of selections and essay to the theme of the Bear Any Burden book (40%), appeal of selections to moviegoers (30%), creativity (20%), and quality of composition (10%). In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie. Judging will be completed on or about January, 15 2009.
5. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize ("Prize"): one (1) trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California featuring two (2) coach class roundtrip airline tickets from the major airport nearest winner's home to/from Los Angeles; three (3) nights stay at a hotel selected by Sponsor; private limousine pick-up and drop-off at the Los Angeles Airport; tour of Universal Studios; tour of Los Angeles and Movie Stars Homes; and a Marina Del Ray dinner cruise Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize is $3,500.00 USD. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. All ground transportation, any incidental hotel costs, and all other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of winner.
